This is only based on a bit of Insta-stalking, but at the start of this year some time he had a load of posts about selling various cars, and in the same time frame I am sure this also showed as for sale and then a picture of a red F40 LM appeared. I am kind of hoping I am wrong as that black one was a bit of a regular at FoS but always looked completely the part!

I am determined to be able to see where I'm going. When I've swapped these over how accurate is the "set up beam angle using the garage door" method - way too redneck, or effective enough?

It's always worked well enough for me. Obviously, the further away you can get from the garage door when marking the beam pattern on the existing lamps the better.
