Harbeth p3esr. Will need to keep your eyes peeled for 2nd hand. I tried a pair to see what the hype was about and they are outstanding.

Nice but £.

I seem to remember that the maker of Harbeth is of the beleif that all amps sounds the same. I'm a bit more moderate, would probably go as far as "good solid state amps sound similar to each other".

Anyhow, I'd want a decent amp driving a pair of Harbeth.

I use a pair of Harbeth M20 powered by a cheapy Marantz amp and mains cable for speaker cable. Sounds fantastic.
