Is that the sort of thing that will be an expensive fix or hard to diagnose? Could just be an old battery, which would be cheap and easy.

Brake pads seem straight forward from videos I've seen online.

Looks bent from the back, tank dent and recent fresh bars add weight to it being no longer straight
