Anything I've found off the shelf had been watered down.

It wasn't off the shelf. They filled brown glassware from behind the scenes.
It was just for cleaning arrows so I don't know purity but it did the job.
School chem labs are another source for this kind of thing if you know a teacher or lab tech.
