Digital photography

Lost my job in (online) retail recently and finally sorted out a fair bit of the work I made over the past few years, so that I can send it along when applying for jobs.

Would love to get some critique about selections / amount etc.

Still need to sort out some personal work, but there's no real series I can show, just 'snaps'. Should I add these?

I know the snowboarding category is a bit odd, but I want to keep it in for now.

It's very well done, bravo.
Can't say if you should add the 'snaps' without seeing them.
All in all the pictures look a bit sterile to me, to be honest.
All the guys look like they're in a shitty mood, on drugs, or both.
Light is great and clothes look good, the mood I don't like.

Yeah, I know about the facial expressions. Esp now that they're all put in a series, it's quite bad. But in my defense, none of them are prof models, just some mates with time off (from shooting up ;))

I don't think the category is odd, but I would maybe change the name as there is some skiing in there too ;)

Leaving the pictures aside, you need someone to proofread your bio as it doesn't read all that well at the moment.

fwiw I think the outfits page could benefit by carefully dropping in some detail or context shots. I bet you can use your snapshots and alter the overall mood - it's all in the editorial choices. All the shots are good.

Loving this bike for finding photo locations. Much faster than walking but a good speed for having a proper look at things.
