If I'm right (not a given), then the rear chainline will be 42mm.
Road double cranks have chainlines of around 41mm (inner ring) and 46mm (outer ring).
So you can either use the "correct" BB for the cranks and the inner ring position, or the outer ring position with a BB 8mm shorter than is recommended for a derailleur set-up.
It is definitely 135mm OLD. I also assumed that it would be 120 and bought some hubs... And found that it was 135. I think Charge use the same frame for a geared bike, or did at one point.
Edit: pm about the 7410, could be interested; looking for 170mm - 175mm.
