Bike ribbon- it makes a massive difference, totally kills road buzz when combined with lizard skin 3.2 tape

But will look into bar tape. I doubled up my lizard on the hoods, so worth a look! Good info :)

Also, only issue with gel, is it can disintegrate in the heat. Don't ask me how I know. But be careful.

Yeah it's space mostly taken up by my arctic issue sleeping bag. Currently it's high 20's degrees C, but will be needed in Colarado, and even if it's not it's comforting to know that I won't freeze to death. I'll jetison it at the half way point. My pack list is fluid right up time 4pm GMT tomorrow! I'm A Stevens Cox on track leaders.

My main issue trying to bivvy over here so far. How's your bivvy vibe been?

I can already picture the burgers and pancakes. Jealous.

I'm still in 5 star hotel luxury but the Rab alpine bivvy is the schizzle, hopefully rattle snake proof too.

Snakes don't like you, they won't try to find you. If you find them, move elsewhere.
