Housemate brought back freshly picked broad beans for tonight, anyone have a good recipe?

Fry some nice bacon / panchetta when nearly done chuck in beans to warm and drain off excess fat, put in bowl add optional choppoed mint. A glug of nice olive oil also optional.

That's cheating.
And a bit of an overkill.
But if you do so I'd add some chopped shallots and a good amount of freshly cracked black pepper.
