It's more a case of they've been cheating for years but the tests are better and now the retrospective testing it getting them too. Also perhaps with their economy they can buy their local testers but not the IOC ones these days.

The key is to find one that's just popular enough to be in the limpix but not so popular that everyone is good at it.
