10 days after sending my Zipp away I just get an email from CRC that it has been sent to the service department. slow clap
"We would normally expect this to take two to three weeks from date of receipt, though in some cases this can take a little longer."
They'd better pull their fucking finger out and sort this shit quick smart or I'm buying Enve and never using Zipp again.
