Depend how old it is, and what Tiagra it is too.

Also how worn the chain and brakepads are.

It's probably about 4 years old, barely used.

I just want to know lower and upper bands, my sister will probably punt it on to whoever wants it at the lower price.
Or I will end up punting it on here.
