It was a Fucktones spa day...
I'm gonna oven first and smoke later, I know it's better to do it the other way around but, fortunately, I'm playing to a home crowd and they already love them this way...
Lori's cousin keeps banging on about a beef rib sandwich I made him six months ago, he says it's the best thing he's ever eaten... He promptly went out and bought a smoker the following week...
I think he's crazy, they're not THAT good...

Enjoy your bbq too. Smoke the ribs and then transfer to the oven - its what a lot of competition smokers do these days.
