any good sub-23c clincher tyre that are also kind of suitable for road use? (22c and smaller)

I have 20mm Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX (all black) and Veloflex Record (gumwall).

Not sure that I used the VF and the Vitt. has had just enough use to take the shine off.

Yours for half of whatever the cheapest price you can find is.
