This shop has a huge selection of track specific tubs and clinchers. Lots of choices smaller than 23mm

Also a great reference when searching for gumwalls. Veloflex offers a lot of varieties and I know the owner recommends these tires...durable but have a real comfortable ride.One of the best sites for referencing tires choices since all of the info (size/color/use) is all in one place.
