That's actually readable. Most of those stickers are not readable until it's too late.
I used to see this in the Netherlands: No entry sign to the left (red/white) Mandatory sign with arrow to the right (blue/white arrow)
Very readable from a long distance. It's common in Europe. No need for squinting...
