Agreed on all points other than losing his best players. That pretty much happens every year at Sevilla.
Things is he's probably going to triple his salary by taking a job in the PL and that's without the severance package factored in.

Really struggling to see why Emery would leave for Everton. Sevilla:
is Spanish speaking
is a nice place
with decent weather
is successful at football
is where he lives
is less likely to lose its best players this summer
has some decent players to begin with
I know he wants some Prem experience, but seems like a huge risk.
