be careful with the canti boss width which might be narrow, meaning you can't run most modern cantis of mini vs. My gf has an old van tuyl, I could only get the Shimano CX50/CX70 to work. They're great if you're after modern cantis.

If anyone is interested in that wishbone Gazelle, I can dig out the seller's number.

I don't know if I can bring myself to own another Monostay. For once in my life I am 100% smitten with the TVM, best Gazelle of them all!

The Velodrome in Alkmaar used to have steel Gazelle pista's as rental bikes (I Once bought a "Giant" from the velodrome which was A relabeled Gazelle) but this one looks a bit French to me. The track ends look very Gitane.

Hi Gazelle experts...
Trying to track down the origins of this frame. Super light, steel, Campagnalo dropouts front and rear, rear 1/4 triangle and head tube chromed, distinctive wrap around seat post cluster, distinctive seat lug, EO stamped BB shell with serial 3032780.
Or even its definiatly NOT a Gazelle would be a start.
Thanks

I don't think it's a Gazelle; headtube lugs look different, wrapped seatstays are joined differently from any Gazelle I've seen, seat clamp lug like that was used by Gazelle in the late 1980s, but then the serial no. would be way too early for that to correspond.

I concur... @bazschmaz looks like a nice frame though! wrapover seatstay looks like a British builder... Holdsworth?

No problem, thanks for ruling it out. Its a slow process of elimination / spamming to find out who it was built by. If only so I can put on some decals.

Indeed, As Peter said not a Gazelle. Possibly British. Lovely frame though!

They look like Nitto M186's but with more drop?

Yeah it is good (I'd love a Vredestein AA Special with race number hanger!) but I'm planning a more sympathetic modernisation for mine... mavic ceramics or grey tb14s on silver hope hubs, brooks cambium, Silver rival shifters and rear mech, Soma HWY 1, ti stem and post, campag skeleton brakes in silver, and leave the campy chorus cranks and front mech, hs etc...
The look is done and now living out in France for when I visit in a month or so... Only managed to secure the Red/Yellow cranks in time so am still on the hunt for shifters and mechs! http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/284534/

never seen one of these before, pictures aren't very good so can't tell the tubing or condition but if it is authentic quite a rarity -

Shame about the damage, and the price tag!
Close, I got it from @dangeek
Any advice on decent cantilever brakes?
