Readers, picked up the frame from @sacredhart the other week, still playing around with the set up but it rides great.

Knee pain and low money means I wanna singlespeed the Rattioletti.
Option A) Drill the brake bridge - issue is it seems to be pretty thin in diameter..
Option B) Swap out the brake bridge - £35 at Seabass
Option C) Go full gully rad with canti mounts front and rear - bit more obviously.
Option D) Clamp on - potentially cheapest but by far the ugliest. -

Option E) Coaster hub?
No permanent changes. If you can build your own wheel, the hub and spokes would be like 30 quid, reusing your existing rim ofc. Doesnt take much getting used to because the way you brake is similar to riding fixed

coaster brakes are fun to be fair.
but i do wanna be able to go back to fixed.
flip flop hub means best of both worlds. -

Option A and if that doesn't work move onto option B...

Or option F. Buy a new bike

Now it would only be appropriate to go out and buy something outrageous like a mash work or a custom rych during the week....

I vote D, means frame will be nice and clean when you go back to fixed

Try raising the stem some and dropping the angle of the bars till they point down just a little. If those grips are contoured like Ergons, raise the fin portion up until they're just above horizontal and start playing from there.

Love 90's Cook Bros anodized goodness.
This site in the US has a section just for the anodized 90's stuff if you ever want to add more.
