That was ace. And great to get to chat with folks after.
Luci sorry didn't get to say bye was at bar for a bit. You were very entertaining and Krapatoa was the icing on the cake.
The Rutland Arms is great too. A must for all the Ale thread posters. Thanks @The_Seldom_Killer & Chris (didn't get forum name, maybe @landslide ? ) for organising
Looking forwards to Manchester gig Luci. Have you considered the festival scene too?
In other news, today owes me nothing so I'm on a train home as abandoned plan of more riding & a bivvy in favour of bed, there'll be other nights to get out n about where I'm not wet to the undies with no more extra layers.

Great evening, so nice to meet some forum faces and especially the manchester/london crowd. I laughed and cried, as did my friends. Well done GL, and TSK for organising.

Well done Luci, fantastic job sir.
Back home for 2am, not bad considering there was only one lane open on the m1 most of the way. Then we stopped for Starbucks ;)Looking forward to the London show...

Well done on your successful debut @General_Lucifer
I await your London gigs with anticipation (and a slight sense of trepidation).

It's a tough neighbourhood that is used to being ridiculed. Despite sounding like a disease your dog might get, it's actually an old English word meaning below the woods.

Amazing gig by Lucifer last night! Great to meet some forum people too. Come back to Sheffield again soon. Krapatoa! I won't be able to drink coffee again without thinking of that story!

Krapatoa was great, but the description of the shitting pirate as seen by a small boy was priceless.

^ still chuckling about Swashbuckler & Krapatoa.
Don't let me be misunderstood has been an earworm today too.

I bet you're spaced out today, mate!

Much like your hoop in your swashbuckling/krapatoa era, my knees are in bits.

I had a crafty kip in the rig after lunch, feel bright as a button again now.
After that horror, a diversion to early days. Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. Classic
