Zipp Service Course SL also comes in 36cm e.g. http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/zipp-service-course-sl-80-bars-polished-black-36cm-zipp-zipp/
For 35cm, you're probably looking at Nitto. Look do their sprint bar in 35cm, but I don't think it can take brake levers (also, it's about £300)

Made the mistake of doing an athlete's 10 having not trained for 6 weeks tonight.
Does anyone know where I can get some 35cm drops? If I'm going to do silly road bike time trials I may as well do them properly.
