Yeah - that part of Texas was wearing check shirts, and old jeans, trucker caps and beards before it was cool....
Not a fan of the Baby Blue although I do like what they have tried to do. They were talking about how hard it is to source - not a lot of growers. They basically cleaned out the Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico native American tribes' grain stores with the first batch and had to go find growers in Kansas. Different soil, different flavours, different outcomes, etc.

Mesquite smoked but actually only tastes like dark cocoa. Not a bad thing, but not smoky like I would have expected.
