You should be recovering the cost of a replacement bike but also time, expenses and quality of life lost whilst recovering.

Be prepared for weird bruises and pains to come up in places you have no idea are injured yet. At least you're walking about, which is good.
You should, eventually, get a nice big cheque to spend on a new bike, although it could take the best part of a year to come through. Remember to claim for damaged helmet and leathers as well...

Sorry to hear this Markyboy but glad you're okay. You quite liked this motorcycle didn't you. Were you wearing leathers? Was your Bell Helmet damaged? That'll need replacing.

No idea, the belt drive is throwing me. Then the speedo in the tank...so think it is home made.

Suzuki LS650 Savage if I'm not mistaken. Belt drive, single cylinder, and the speedo in the tank seal the deal for me. Great platform for bobbers.
