Great work on both kitchen and bathroom! What sort of property is yours? How many bedrooms are/were there that reduced due to bathroom? Only asking because currently in similar confusion ..

Victorian mid-terrace
was 3 bedroom and now 2 bedroom. Pretty sure they were built without upstairs bathroom, so third bedroom was divided at some point to create upstairs bethroom and bedroom.

Get a big bathroom and give af about the consequences!
