For your own peace of mind, measure it, and take a photo with a ruler (half mm markings, if poss). Keep an eye on any change. Also keep in mind that there is a gap between that wall and the wall of your kitchen/ living room, and it's the inner wall that supports the rest of the house.
It's a 60's build. They all seem to start lower down. Not sure about regular cars etc.
