How bad is the internal routing? I find that more modern the frame, easier it is. Its really easy on my Emonda.
I'd check tyre clearance with brakes. Red brakes are notorious for not being able to accommodate larger tyres.
Trek are piss easy, some like Boardman actually have internal sleeve for the brake cables.
Older Cannondale internal are awful (like the disc Synapse and CAAD10), but the newer CAAD12 is a little better.
