I have this. http://www.countycomm.com/aaa.html It's very good and considerably smaller than the cheap Amazon ones but I'm not sure whether you can get them in the UK

All County Comm stuff I own had to come through a US intermediatiary company as they do not ship overseas.

Could be, I got some stuff shipped to my hotel when working in the US so didn't have the problem.
