Nah if you want it, do it, it'll look awesome. I'm just not the kind of person to have tidy feature anythings, even one wall. It's amazing how long the everyday happiness of having good colours on the walls lasts though (10 years previous of rental magnolia, including on woodchip). Also, we can now hang all the art we've made/collected over the years (cheap stuff) and been hidden in boxes, I love picture rails.

The other wall - white, 5m long is destined for our ever-evolving collection of photos, 'art', skate decks and other assorted crap.
This is our first real place and I want just one wall to fit my idea of how it should be. If I get bored I can just change it. Point very much taken though.
