Melt real butter at a low heat, once fluid mix with Frank's hot sauce. Keep the solution thick, and pour over cooked chicken wings, then place together in a sealed container (ie tupperware) and shake until coated).
South London variation, also works with fried chicken out of the chicken/kebab shops on Old Kent Rd; take the fried chicken, shake up with said mix. The batter off the wings soaks up even more sauce.
