I was served a slow roast leg of lamb for one in a Kent pub recently which would easily have done for the Sunday roast for four when I was a kid. Not going to complain but it did strike me as vaguely obscene. I hoffed it all with dauphinois and buckets of red natch.
Am getting distinctly round in the midriff lately. I blame other things.
