Good try but unless you maybe tie dye it in the most clashing colours you can find it'll remain unoffensive.
The thing I don't get is why the need for "traditional Neapolitan colours" in this most "Italian sartorial excellence" when Coppi was from Piedmont and Bartali from Florence. No Naples in the equation, so poor justification for such a rancid colourway, innit?
Looks like the designer is trying to translate the physical suffering and mental privations of doing back to back RAAM and Transcontinental rides followed by a few thousand hill reps up the Madone into a visual sensation.
Truly discomforting to look at and an ideal gift for only those you hate the most in life. The wine and mint green is bad but that pink stripe through the middle is like someone sticking a bit of bubblegum to your anal beard then forcing you to climb the stairs three at a time.
I'm sure it'll sell well, but I'll be cursing every time I see a fat sweaty gent heaving around on a Cervelo wearing it. The irony is that wee Fausto looked like a proper stylish cunt-put him in this and he'd look like he'd been serving in a 1950's drive through in Vegas.
