    Unfortunately I have been asked to contact you regarding your recent order with us. You may have noticed that your order has actually been ‘part-invoiced’, and we have sent you the majority of items on your order, leaving one item outstanding. At the point of despatch the item you are yet to receive was showing as out of stock. As is the nature of online shopping any given product can be purchased by a number of people at the same time world-wide, unfortunately we have to honour the first purchase of this item which does leave us in the position of contacting customers in this manner.
