Velo vitality DID have them, but they're sold out now. £45 pop mind you, I'm not sure I'm sold on dropping a ton for tyres. Hence me thinking i'll stick with the 38c pasalas, which have done me well for years.
And, no, I tried it, the Velcro isn't long enough. The pump on top is just as secure, just means that I can't sit on the TT, which is fine because @Hulsroy would just make fun of me for it anyway.
Pretty much done now, I just need to sort the rear light, get a matching 3rd Rapha bottle and put the rest of my patches on my rando bag. Nice to think about all the British brands I've got here; Hope, Rapha, Genesis, Thorn, BigTop and Restrap.
This summer's touring will probably involve some flying, so the mudguards will be coming off, which affords me the opportunity to put some bigger tyres on - Either 38c Paslas or 42c Soma Supple Vitesse SL (actually made by Panaracer)
@Lieven_De_Vlaminck I use allen key Q/R to avoid this problem and add a tiny bit more security.
Also, whoever was asking about drilling holes in forks for cables, I didn't bother in the end, I remembered the existence of these Shimano Di2 Stick on cable guides, so just used them.
