@JamesNQ I think of the several people on this forum who have had the misfortune of dealing with your eBay (separate??) business, I am one of the lucky ones. I recieved an instant refund, rather than being messed about. I'm not expecting a frame or any sort of compensation from you, it just pissed me off to see the very same frame up on eBay again.
Your previous excuse was perfectly passive enough to get you off the hook. This one feels like much of the same. You are running a business, and using a community based forum as a platform to promote yourself and act surprised when being dishonest elsewhere bites you on the bum.
In the first place, a straight up, 'I'm not selling you this for a tenner, I'm sorry' would of sufficed
