Artichokes are delicious, I bloody love them and those ones up there look lush!
The restaurant @dracula is involved with sounds all kinds of awesome, it's 10 minutes down the road from my flat but I'm not sure how well I'd fare as a vegetarian.. (not a criticism, I'm just jealous).
