Nice meeting you! I'm very curious to see what you'll turn them into..

I have 4/5 left for us tonight.. I'm thinking halibut/artichokes pie, but since I'll probably go to the pub and not to the fishmonger, they will most likely just end up being stuffed and pan roasted.
