A couple of people I know have said that the lip on tubeless-ready rims makes installing and removing their tyres a real pain.
Only if you don't push the tyre bead into the middle of the channel.
As for installing, pumping them up a lots will usually pop it in places.
I dunno man. I've never touched the stuff.
