Have a colleague who is currently in New Orleans raving about the food, definitely up for a visit to Decatur. Do you do beignets? Apparently they are the best things ever (according to colleague).

Hey you guys, long time no see - I think its been literally about 2 years since I said something like 'I have a food project coming up soon will let you guys know about it soon!'
Anyway, the food project has been going for a while and is now an actual restaurant on Kingsland Road - I run the kitchen at a spot called Pamela and sell Southern Louisiana and more general southern good-good. I am also quite alot fatter than i was and really terrible at riding bikes now.
