On the turbo my legs fatigue horribly.
Which makes me think I'm working at seated leg strength at least.
What turbo you got? Magnetic? Grim.
Throwing your upper body abotu ang using the core will just use more oxygen and reduce that going to your legs, making you slower. So it'd do little to help you be better on road.

All the blood in my body is being circulated near my skin surface to aid cooling. So i doubt my legs are actually recieving any oxygen.
I've done a 5 x 20 high sweetspot workout on it. So its obviously not that bad.
