What, for just continuous airflow? Where did you learn of this? I am intrigued!

Would love to cure my own meat..ahem, make some cured meats.

Its modified by having a temperature and humidity sensor in there and a humidifier and a small fan. Airflow is the next thing but for now i just open the door frequently. I kind of want to cut a hole in there and put a computer fan in but nor sure really
