How far is too far for a daily commute?
That is the question. Added to the physical nature of the work, I'm thinking a 27mile each way slog may be relegated to occasional fun.

How far is too far for a daily commute?

I used to do 27 miles, mostly through country lanes which was nice in the summer and FREEZING in the winter. I got pretty tired so wouldn't do more than 2 or 3 times a week. Train the rest of the time. Good excuse to eat all the food though.
