Nah, B&Q. lol...

TBH, I would have sold under that particular situation as they were moving back to Canada. Now they have to keep coming back to try and seal a deal. Probably gonna end up costing them more in the end.

Dunno, probably, but if I was reading between the line correctly, they simply want to cash in as soon as possible, and it's only been a few months since the 5k worth of paint to Xmas when they tried to sell again, so I am not sure how much more the propriety would be worth.
