I want to strip, de-rust and paint a bit caste iron BBQ.

I've used Jenolite before and liked it. However, as I think I'll need a decent amount I'm looking for a cheap solution.

Any tips?

Google 'electrolytic rust removal' if you want cheap, although it will probably involve a bit of DIY.
I've used epsom salts as the electrolyte and disposed of the used liquid in the garden without any obvious problems.
