• Basically what I do is instead of heading toward the cycle lane where the traffic light for cyclists is on, I ride on the bus lane that's heading toward Waterloo avoiding it, then a quick turn into the cycle lane situated between the two lane (ahead of the cycle lane that have the traffic light).

I've noticed this loophole at Oval too. Very crafty.

My personal gripe for the day is the cyclists surrounding the poor left-indicating learner driver at the red light near Clapham Common. Guys, give the poor fucker some space - why squeeze down the side? I'm so glad I didn't learn to drive in this city...

  • On Brixton Road? I rarely use that cycle lane as it go red way before the main one to let the drivers turn left, or I can just ride on the road and head straight on instead and legal to boot.

Plus, there's load of shit on the cycle lane, hello puncture o'clock!

It's a nice design but the cycle lane is already at max capacity in peak time that people gonna overspill onto the other lane, especially when it's gonna get warmers.
