I have found a way to legally jump the red cyclist light in St George's Circus heading northbound.
Basically what I do is instead of heading toward the cycle lane where the traffic light for cyclists is on, I ride on the bus lane that's heading toward Waterloo avoiding it, then a quick turn into the cycle lane situated between the two lane (ahead of the cycle lane that have the traffic light).
Because it doesn't have traffic light on that cycle lane, I'm free to cycle away if there's a gap in the incoming traffic.
