I'm 6 foot 2, weigh a shade over 80 kilos, wear 33" waist and don't have much of a chest.

I wear XL in rapha pro team and L in most other things.

I went XL thinking that I'm only going to get bigger (forty is looming and I drink like a committed fish).

I have not had an undisturbed nights sleep in over a month and can't make decisions any more.

Please tell me what to do.

Xl will probably be ok, you may find that there is some extra fabric somewhere, but it shouldn't be anything massively awkward.
But if you want teh aeros.....

The fabri is very stretchy, but yes I can't see why not. Tbh I probably can squeeze into a XS if I really wanted to be super aero
