Use a offset rim for the front wheel as well (front disc hubs are offset)
Nah - offset front messes with the aero
So does covering the bike in luggage :)
Aero wheels aren't that much of a concern. They're a 'nice to have'. Durability and stiffness when loaded up is probably more of a concern for me.
yes there is also something about it that looks wrong :), but he asked for a practical build.
