You'd use these rims over any of the other options? Rose seem to have them cheap... they just don't have them.

I'd take @thecycleclinic 's advice and use the XR31T with offset rear if I were prioritising durability above all else. If I were building some ~30mm deep metal wheels for myself, I'd use the DT RR511 because I think they are prettier :-)

Normal spokes fit, normal nipples won't engage properly in the washers. They're about ¼oz. for 10 nipples and washers, so take spares if you're worried.
