Novatec - I generally try to stay away after experiencing seized bearings
Smear of marine grease on the outside of each bearing (the black/blue plastic bit) is a good step and would be considered by the bearing manufacturer to be part of the seal design. Seldom happens on bike parts, since we expect everything to be super-clean and dust-free...

Thanks mate - there is a UK distributor for WI, though not sure if they would keep these in stock.
I forgot about Novatec - I generally try to stay away after experiencing seized bearings on the 771/772 disc hubs and a front A141 for that matter...
I'm checking with the customer to see what they'd like to do.
