From the TNRC 2014 page (thanks TNRC boys). lots of short sharp hills. doable fixed, but I don't think I would like to try.

Thinking of doing a ride out from Amersham on the 30th - what routes were used when you were doing these? the link to the garmin plots above are dead now...
