Why 36h instead of 32h? You don't weight much more than I (counting bike&equipment), and my H Son Plus SL42 32h have done many crazy things without a broken spoke. Also you've much more options in 32h like RR 511 db and R 460 db
Because for a little more weight you get a stronger wheel. Durability.
I ride lower spoke count wheels but my builder suggested looking for 36h for a bit of extra durability. Looks like they're rare so 32h will likely happen.
